Important! Must be known and taken into account when booking tours.

Booking rules: For successful cooperation with Biblio‑Globus, the basic rules for booking tours have been formulated. These rules are uniform for all destinations unless otherwise specified.

  1. Please clearly track the contact details entered into the online profile in the Personal Account in the Biblio‑Globus booking system. This is necessary for timely receipt of notifications about actions taken in the application and for prompt communication. If necessary, you can always change the data yourself.
  2. Before calling Biblio‑Globus, please prepare the booking number (indicated in the application) — this will speed up the resolution of your issue.
  3. In case of rebooking (replacement) of a hotel or other components of the tour product in the client’s application due to the fault of the tour operator, the application is confirmed at the price published on the website at the time of rebooking.
  4. In case of rebooking (replacement) of a hotel or other components of the tour product due to the fault of the agency (or another client), the application is rebooked taking into account the actual costs incurred by the tour operator and is confirmed at the price published on the website on the date of rebooking (replacement).
  5. Attention! All tours with a duration of fewer than 7 nights are confirmed upon request.
  6. For many destinations, flights are operated by several flights per day. When booking, the flight is selected automatically, and the final flight information becomes available on the eve of departure. The Flight Specification service allows you to choose any flight available on the departure/return date. The scheduled departure/return time can be viewed in the Flights section — Flight Schedule in the menu of each country. You can specify a charter or scheduled flight depending on the type of flight the tour is booked on.

    This service can be added at any time if flights are available. If the service is not selected, flights, times and arrival/departure cities may be changed.

    Attention! The Flight Specification service is added strictly for each tourist listed in the application, even if tourists are flying on different dates/durations/numbers, etc. The cost of the service (regardless of one‑way or round‑trip) varies and depends on the destination and the date of the booked flight. If seats are available on the flight, adding specification is possible for an additional fee. Final seating on the flight occurs 1–5 days before departure. Warn tourists that if they refuse this service, flights, times and arrival/departure cities (for example, UAE—Dubai/Abu Dhabi) may be changed.
  7. When booking tickets from open sale included in the tourist product, the air carrier sets a time limit for payment of the booking according to the airline’s conditions and fare rules. To issue the booked tickets, at least 71% of the tour product cost must be paid. Otherwise, after the time limit expires, the booking for air tickets is automatically canceled. After the cancellation of the air ticket booking, Biblio‑Globus is not responsible for the availability of air travel under the application.
    Attention! The previously announced flight cost may change.
  8. When booking applications that include transportation, it is necessary to indicate up‑to‑date mobile phone numbers and email addresses of each tourist in the contact details. In the absence of correct information or the indication of contact details of third parties, any actual costs of the tour operator related to compensating the carrier for incurred losses and fines caused by the lack of correct information about tourists will be billed to the travel agency.
  9. Any changes and additions to the booked tour package regarding departure and arrival dates, as well as other essential booking conditions, are processed independently through Change Booking. You can first check the new cost of the application, taking into account actual costs.
  10. Application modification (changes in the spelling of the first or last name) has the following rules:
    • Changing one letter in the last name or first name (except the first) for each tourist is free, provided the last name or first name is fewer than 6 letters long and the meaning of the name does not change.
    • Changing two letters in the last name or first name (except the first) for each tourist is free, provided the last name or first name is more than 5 letters long and the meaning of the name does not change.
    • Any other changes to the last name and first name of a booked tourist in the application are modified with actual costs of 20 USD.
    Attention! Clause 10 does not apply to:
    • Early booking promotions (see promotion terms);
    • Regular airline flights (when fares do not allow name changes). The amount of actual costs is specified separately and may exceed 20 USD;
    • Applications with tickets for regular flights (if the application no longer contains any adult last name without changes or with minor changes);
    • Applications where tickets have already been issued.
    Important! Free changes to the last name and first name can only be made once during the first modification.
  11. In case of tour cancellation, carefully read the cancellation terms — Chapter 4 of the agency agreement.
  12. In case of rebooking to another hotel and/or room category, click the Change Booking link in the application, then the Cancellations and Rebooking button, and select the new hotel and/or room category in the dialog box. After selecting a new hotel, the following changes will occur: in the Accommodation service, the status will change to Tour Selection, the application cost will automatically change and the overall booking status will change to Rebooking Request.
  13. When selling an air ticket for a regular flight, actual costs are charged according to the air carrier’s fare rules.
  14. The cost of the tourist product changes dynamically throughout the day. The booking procedure is carried out from the moment the Buy button is clicked until the Save button is clicked. The cost is finally fixed at the moment the Tour Selected, Please Book button is clicked. The duration of the booking procedure (step‑by‑step entry of information into the application) is 1.5 minutes. After 1.5 minutes, the cost may change either up or down. After clicking the Tour Selected. Please Book button, the application is automatically accepted for processing. All further actions are carried out in accordance with the contract terms and booking rules posted on the website www.bgoperator.com.
  15. In case of untimely payment or prepayment for the tour (the deadline is indicated in the application confirmation), as well as failure to provide passport data within the time required for tour processing, the application may be unilaterally canceled at the initiative of the tour operator. If payment or document submission is not possible by the deadline specified in the application, please contact Biblio‑Globus employees to resolve the situation.
  16. When booking a group of tourists (family, one company, group tour, etc.), all must be registered in one application.
  17. Within one booked room, all services for tourists must be the same unless otherwise stipulated by the contract with the hotel and not conditioned by the tourists’ agreement.
  18. In case of changes to the airline’s flight programme (flight cancellation, change of departure/arrival days), changes to applications are made at the price at the time of rebooking, agreed upon with the booking department. You can make all changes yourself. To do this, select suitable offers on the website and proceed with rebooking through Change Booking — Cancellations and Rebooking. If you do not select a suitable option, cancellation is carried out without actual costs. A certain time is given to select suitable dates:
    • If there are fewer than 48 hours left before departure, a decision must be made within 4 hours;
    • If there are more than 48 hours left before departure, a decision must be made within 24 hours. If rebooking is not completed within this time, the application is canceled without actual costs.
  19. Important! To minimize actual costs, when canceling standard applications that include air transportation on regular flights in case of forced refusal, medical documents must be provided within 7 calendar days from the cancellation date. If documents are not provided within the specified period, air ticket cancellation is carried out according to the applied fare rules.
  20. When booking a complex of tourist services or individual services for persons belonging to low‑mobility groups and disabled persons, the application will only be confirmed if accompanied.
  21. Tourists’ wishes regarding hotel accommodation must be indicated at the time of booking the application through a special form (see instructions). Sending wishes to the hotel written as a comment in the application after clicking the tour selected, please book button may be refused, depending on the booking features of the selected destination. Please note that indicating wishes when booking an application does not guarantee their fulfillment; all wishes are fulfilled solely at the hotel’s discretion.
  22. No commission is provided for the business class surcharge.

Rules for Adding Customer Requests

Important! Must be done during booking before clicking “Tour selected, please book.” To add tourists’ requests regarding hotel accommodation, these requests must be indicated directly at the time of creating the application, before it is assigned a serial number. Sending requests to the hotel written as a comment in the application after clicking the tour selected, please book button may be refused, depending on the booking features of the selected destination. Requests sent as a comment after booking are less likely to be considered by the hotel.

  1. Select the desired tour and click the “Buy” button.
  2. You will be taken to the application creation page.
  3. Enter the tourists’ data and click the “Save” button.
  4. Without clicking the “Tour selected. Please book” button, click on the “Hotel Requests” link located in the application in the “Accommodation” block.
  5. In the pop‑up window, select the requests you need next to each room, mark them with checkboxes, and click the “Save” button. Close this pop‑up window.
  6. Click the “Tour selected. Please book” button in the main application window.
