Consent of a website user to the processing of personal data

I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject", in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", do hereby voluntarily and of my own free will give consent for the Personal Data Operator: LLC “Biblio-Globus Turoperator” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) located at the following address: 123376, Moscow, Krasnaya Presnya St., No. 28, room 517, to the automated processing and to the processing without using any automated means of my personal data, including using the Yandex.Metrica Internet service, provided by me by completing any forms on the website: https://www.bgoperator.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), and also consent to subsequently receive newsletters concerning tourism products and/or tourism services. Including, but not limited to, messages to my email address and SMS messages.
By personal data I mean the information related to me as a Personal Data Subject, including, but not limited to, my: surname, given name and patronymic, date and place of birth, sex, mobile phone, email, series and number of my Russian Federation passport, place of residence. I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Operator are accurate. By the processing of personal data I mean the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, transfer, blocking, storage, processing of personal data, including cookie files data and information about IP addresses.
The Personal Data Subject’s personal data is processed in order to identify the Personal Data Subject on the Website and facilitate the use of the services, search, selection of tourism products/services, booking and management of requests for tourism products/services, the signing, performance and termination of agreements and contracts, in particular, contracts for the sale of tourism products/services, with email messages, SMS messages, push messages being subsequently sent by the Operator to the Personal Data Subject from the Website containing the history of operations connected with preparing the documents necessary to buy a tour, messages concerning the current stage of provision of tourism services and/or tourism products, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the Personal Data Subject.
For the purposes of processing the personal data of the Personal Data Subject, the Operator has the right to engage Partners and also has the right to transfer the personal data, including cross-border, to Partners, under agreements and contracts entered into between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator and in connection with the provision of tourism services, while ensuring that such Partners accept the relevant obligations in terms of the confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with measures that ensure adequate protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The Operator shall take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensure that such measures are taken to protect the personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, from destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data, and also accepts the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject.
I am informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time or by sending a relevant notice to the following email address: compliance@bgoperator.com. In such case, the Operator will stop processing the personal data or ensure that such processing is stopped and, unless it is necessary to keep the personal data for the purposes of processing personal data, will destroy the personal data or ensure that they are destroyed within the time required under Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". When I withdraw my consent, the Operator will be entitled to continue processing my personal data in cases expressly set out in the laws of the Russian Federation.
The duration of this consent shall be 5 (five) years. After the expiration of each five-year period, the consent shall be automatically extended for the next five-year term unless there is a written notice of withdrawal of the consent.
I also confirm that I have read all the sections of the Personal Data Processing Policy of LLC “Biblio-Globus Turoperator” (https://www.bgoperator.com/texts/Personal_data_processing_policy_TBG.pdf) as in effect at the time of my consent, and I accept them unconditionally.
